Battle Row Properties is a small real estate development group with a goal to purchase historic structures that are undervalued and underdeveloped and breath new life back in to them. Their first endeavor into that effort has brought them to purchase a building on N. Limestone that has sat vacant for many years and was being eyed by the wrecking ball.  

The Haggin buidling, on what was coined ‘Battle Row’ in the 1810 census, is an 1820 structure originally constructed as an office and commercial space. It has been many things over the years but has been abandoned for some time. Slated for demolition when Battle Row Properties purchased it, it is now being reborn.

It will once again be commercial space on the first floor street front, with a contemporary addition in the back with two stories of office space. New tenants will be Gibson Taylor Thompson Architecture and Design and Trek Advancement to start.
